In this episode, Courtney talks with Brad “Clyde” Young. Brad is an AT section hiker who has taken his best canine companion, Rocks along for over 300 miles of that famous route. They talk about specialized equipment for four legged hikers, his choice of breed and why and they answer the question - “How can you hike your dog’s hike?”

“I am a 51 year-old firefighter who enjoys spending time with my fiancé and my Dalmatian. Have been section hiking on the Appalachian Trail since 2019 and have completed approximately 240 miles on my own and another 360 with my dog.”
