Pesto hiked the Appalachain trail Georgia to Maine in 2022. Prior to that she had about a 3 years of spring to winter weekend backpacking trips when she had time free as a full time college student at UGA. Most of her past hikes were in Georgia, Tennessee and north and South Carolina. Her most recent hike before the AT was the 77 mile long foothills trail.
